The Covid-19 pandemic disrupted education all around the world but some rural communities were hit harder than others. In some rural parts of Northern Ghana many communities don’t have electricity and access to computers and turning to online learning is not a solution. That’s when Afrikids Ghana in partnership with Book Aid international launched a Mobile Library project that delivers books to rural communities to inspire young learners to read during lockdown by making storybooks accessible.
